The
Challenge

This challenge is designed to help you continue the work you began during the live session with Coach Joe. In times of uncertainty, high demand, and ongoing change, it is easy to lose your footing, your energy, or your sense of possibility. This experience is meant to help you stay grounded, protect your peace, and move forward with confidence and hope.
“When I hear my inner critic, I simply say, I hear you but I don’t believe you!”
-Joe Carraway
During the session, you reflected on three core themes: navigating uncertainty with confidence, protecting your peace in a high demand world, and reclaiming hope and possibility. After each conversation, you committed to one simple action you were willing to take.
This 30 day challenge is about honoring that commitment.
You do not need to do everything perfectly. You simply need to stay intentional, consistent, and honest with yourself. Small actions, repeated daily, create stability, clarity, and momentum over time.

1. Navigating Uncertainty With Confidence:
Challenge:
Uncertainty is part of life, but confidence is something you build from the inside out. This challenge is about strengthening your trust in yourself, even when the future feels unclear.
Your commitment
Revisit the one action you wrote down related to navigating uncertainty. This might be focusing on what you can control, building a routine, or taking one intentional next step.
For the next 30 days...Each morning, identify one thing you can control and commit to owning it fully that day!

2. Protecting Your Peace in a High Demand World:
Challenge:
Peace is not something you wait for. It is something you practice. This challenge is about creating space, setting boundaries, and responding to overwhelm before burnout takes over.
Your commitment
Revisit the one action you committed to around protecting your peace. This may involve boundaries, speaking up, taking breaks, or changing how you talk to yourself.
For the next 30 days...Build one intentional pause into your day, even if it is only a few minutes!

3. Reclaiming Hope and Possibility:
Challenge:
Hope is not ignoring reality. Hope is choosing to believe that something meaningful is still possible. This challenge is about widening your perspective and reopening belief in what is ahead.
Your commitment
Revisit the one action you wrote down related to hope or possibility. This might involve gratitude, imagining a future outcome, or taking a small step toward something meaningful.
For the next 30 days...Each day, identify one thing you are grateful for that still exists in your life!
