The path wasn’t linear.
It was intentional.
Before I became a coach, I spent decades learning what it means to solve problems, lead people, build teams, navigate change, and create results.
Each chapter taught me something different. Together, they shaped how I think about leadership, growth, possibility—and the extraordinary power we have to intentionally create what’s next.

I've always believed growth requires curiosity—the willingness to keep learning, questioning, and expanding what you know. From engineering to business, leadership, coaching, and teaching, each new chapter has challenged me to see the world differently and become a better version of myself.

Leadership taught me that the most powerful systems are human ones. Results follow when people are trusted, challenged, developed, and connected to meaningful work.

Over time, developing people became more than part of my job. It became part of my purpose: helping people challenge assumptions, expand possibility, and move intentionally toward the lives and leadership they want.
