What you can expect

Brief Movie Intro

Participants will begin with a warm welcome and an engaging icebreaker activity to set the tone. We'll then provide a concise introduction to the movie "The Matrix," highlighting its key themes. You can expect to gain insight into why this movie was chosen and its relevance to personal growth.

Robust Conversation

We'll dive deep into the movie's themes. We'll explore moments of hope, resilience, friendship, and transformation in the film. Participants will have the opportunity to share their own thoughts and relate these themes to their personal experiences. Expect an open and meaningful discussion with fellow participants.

Reflection and Actions

Participants will have time for personal reflection on the movie and the discussion. We'll encourage sharing of reflections and facilitate coaching exercises to help you apply the movie's lessons to your own life. By the end, you should leave with concrete action steps for your personal journey.
