As a new client to the Carraway Coaching Collective, I'd ask you to take a moment to complete a few simple tasks before our first chat together:

Take a moment to peruse the website. Get to know your coach and the coaching philosophy a little more. Don't forget to read what current and past clients have shared about their experience.
Jot down any questions you may have about the process. Also take time to picture yourself "successful" and "happy" in life, then list what it feels like and what made you successful and happy. This could take 15 minutes or up to an hour and 15 minutes, but don't underestimate the power of the exercise.
