Leadership Summit
30-Day Challenge

Explore the powerful insights and challenges from Coach Joe’s StrengthsFinder workshop. Building on the wisdom we’ve carried forward — about ownership, growth, and culture — this year we turn the spotlight onto your unique strengths.
💥 Every leader has a superpower that sets them apart — and StrengthsFinder reveals yours. But the real impact doesn’t come from knowing them — it comes from owning them, applying them, and sharing them with your teams and leaders.
This page is your gateway to the next stage of your leadership journey. It’s where self-awareness meets action, and where discipline in using your strengths shapes the destiny of your team. Here, regrets are replaced with responsibility, and potential becomes performance.
Begin your transformative journey by completing the 3 Strengths Challenges below!
“Your strengths are your unique SuperPower!”
-Coach Joe

1. Know Your Balconies & Basements (Self-Awareness):
-
Challenge: Reflect on your top 5 strengths and when you’ve been in the balcony (at your best) and when you’ve slipped into the basement (overuse/under stress).
-
Action: Write down two short examples (one balcony, one basement) in your leadership journal or notes app for each of your top 5.
-
Why it matters: Leaders who understand both sides of their strengths build trust and lead more authentically.

2. Put Strengths in Action (Application):
-
Challenge: Take a real challenge from your store this week (a people issue, a sales target, or an operational problem) and apply one of your strengths deliberately to solve it.
-
Action: Afterward, jot down: What worked? What did I learn about leading through my strengths?
-
Why it matters: Strengths become powerful when they’re intentionally used to solve real-world problems.

3. Share Your Strengths Story (Accountability):
-
Challenge: During your next one-on-one with your leader, share your top 5 strengths and give a real example of how at least one of them showed up for you this past week.
-
Action: Be specific. Did your "Strategic" help you find a creative solution? Did your "Relator" deepen trust with a team member? Write it down before your meeting so you’re ready.
-
Why it matters: Sharing your strengths not only builds accountability, but also helps your leader see how you’re leveraging them to drive results.
